My son is growing up and this year he asked if the story of Passover is “real” — do we have proof any of it happened. What would be your answer?

The answer really depends on his age. If very young I would say we are fortunate to have had the story passed down from generation to generation long before a time when things were written down.  Young kids accept and can make up their own minds later.
