- multivitamin (ADAM from Now Foods) - includes B-complex - vitamin D - vitamin K2 - omega 3 - zinc - rhodiola rosea - nmn (just testing) - alpha-GPC (huge cognitive/concentration improvement for me) - magnesium - iron (I had a small deficiency)
