36 inches (I just had to measure it 😂) There are 48 inch ones too, but that is wayyyy too much IMO

Biggest lesson I wish more technical founders (like myself) should know before starting... If you have the option to do something manually to solve your users' problems, DO THAT FIRST. Don't just rush to build software. You will learn WAY more by solving the problem manually without software before building out a scalable solution. It will save a whole lot of code that just ends up getting deleted if you skip this step.

Sharing 3 of my biggest lessons as a Web3 dev 1. Writing smart contracts is easier than you think 2. Testing takes 5x longer than coding & “vibe coding” might not be a great idea 🫠 3. You can get a job without any professional experience, IF you can prove yourself

Price is just noise. Utility is what matters. Investors can speculate, but builders always win in the long run.

The crypto twitter echo chamber will not onboard the next billion users. But everyone onboarding their friends might.

Sleep is the biggest life hack I’ve learned as a founder. Getting enough sleep is critical for operating at the highest levels, but too little sleep can be a powerful force for creative problem solving too. Use both to your advantage.

What you don’t build can be even more important than what you do build. Cutting scope is an art, but shipping fast is a science. 🧪 Just show up every day with a big cup of coffee and plenty of AI credits.

When making a pitch deck for the first time, I think a highly structured format is great. However, if you have pitched it multiple times and are working on refining your narrative, I think it is okay to deviate from this format to address common investor questions or context. Just don't go overboard.

Think about your target audience 10x more than you think about the code. Identifying and reaching your target audience is much harder than building nowdays.

Just. Start. Building. It took me over year to create a product that solves a real problem in the market. I thought I had a good initial idea, and only realized it was flawed after shipping an MVP and getting customers to use it for a few months. By learning from that, I was able to build something people are now interested in using.
