🚀 Launch day recap My key takeaways... 1. You will never feel like you are ready. No amount of preparation can actually prepare you for what will happen post-launch, whether you get a huge rush of users or absolute crickets. It is a rollercoaster regardless. 2. Private betas are overrated. When you are onboarding users one-at-a-time to a private beta, it can make them less willing to tell you how they truly feel. Nothing beats the brutal honesty of a complete stranger who is using your app for the first time. 3. Launch sooner. I know this is advice that everyone has given 10,000 times, but it is 100% true. Launching fast is the only way to actually see if your idea is worth continuing to build or if you need to pivot. Thank you to everyone who has supported this over the last year! 💜
