The issue is that many of these statements are totally fine in the "rest of the world" .... once you remember that "rest of the world" is not "Anglosphere + Europe"

In fact, I'd argue these may be opinions the majority of people hold, but they aren't part of the general social media banter or just don't waste time voicing their opinions on the subject.

1. I think most people don't agree with large corporations dictating what should be "acceptable" behavior of another individual.

2. Following your dreams might sound great in theory, but the human race probably wouldn't survive very long if people only pursued their adolescent interests. Being a truly productive member of society provides satisfaction that cannot be replicated by simply getting likes on Instagram.

3. I don't think most of society is very happy with the behavior of ivy league elites in general. Who is more out-of-touch with society: ivy league presidents or VC techbros? It might be a coin toss between the two! 😂
