Brutal Lenten Dish in 15 Minutes!
Yo, guys and gals, here’s a quick recipe to whip up a hearty dinner without meat! Grab 3 potatoes, dice them, and toss them into boiling water (salt it right away to speed things up ). While they’re cooking, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry 150 g of champignons (sliced) with 1 onion (finely chopped) until golden. Add 1 grated carrot and simmer for 5 minutes. Potatoes done? Drain the water, throw them into the pan with the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and fry on high heat for another 5 minutes to get a nice crust.
