🤤 🍲 Here’s a recipe for chicken noodle soup in a single block of text: take 400 g of chicken fillet or 1 chicken breast, 2 liters of water, 2 medium potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g of egg noodles, salt and pepper to taste, 1 bay leaf, a bit of vegetable oil, and fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for serving; pour water over the chicken, bring it to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, then remove the meat and cut it into small pieces, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, sauté them in vegetable oil until golden, dice the potatoes and add them to the boiling broth, cook for 10 minutes, then add the sautéed onion and carrot, chopped chicken, salt, pepper, and bay leaf, cook for another 5 minutes, add the noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes until they’re done (per package instructions), remove from heat, let the soup rest for 10 minutes, serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs — enjoy! 0 reply
