Defaults like Warpcast USDC rewards being sent on Base reinforce the (inaccurate) perception that Farcaster is coupled to Base / Coinbase

I think this is one of the main issues slowing FC's growth. There hasn't been much frames activity on other EVM chains or Solana, but that's not the egg — it's the chicken (IMO)

I would approach this from another angle. No matter on which chain it was sent, end user should be able to spend it on any other chain. 

But realistically, if it was not Base, this USDC would’ve become dead for many users as we would need gas for this.
