One of my colleagues taught me a great lesson in coms: if it could be interpreted in any way, you should find another wording to make it crystal clear.
I believe this could be translated into many areas in life

"Simplicity is the final achievement" - Frederic Chopin echoed this.

So true, it's so much harder to craft a simple sentence conveying meaning than just blabbering on with complex words.

I fall into this sometimes.

From the top of my head - Base (example: their explanation of Smart Wallets is very easy to understand even for newbies), Airstack are doing an amazing job with communication too (very clear wording, examples)

Ready Write Own book is a great example too
