Reading now, thanks for writing it! “I get the sense that many people have preexisting relationships IRL, or are at most a degree of separation away.” —> common belief but actually most of us met on farcaster first and then become IRL relationships 😌

second what @adrienne said. I knew 0 people before joining, now have ~10 true IRL friendships and dozens of good connections. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed on the app.
