L’Antica Pizzeria

Refreshing that despite it being a shmancier place, the pies aren’t frisbee sized. 

Flavor was lacking a bit, but most disappointingly did not fuse together. Very little harmony. 

I’m fine with soft pizza, but this just felt somewhat lifeless.

VERDICT: Not ktd approved.

I don’t let hype influence my reviews, but this place was HYPED up. I heard “best I ever had” and “best in LA” from two friends.

They are no longer my friends.

But I imagine this is the type of pizza that New Yorkers think we’re talking about when we say we have something special going on here. ￼

This is like a more underwhelming version of Pizzeria Mozza.

Appetizers were very mid. 

The outdoor seating seemed cool and you can see the oven. 

I sadly can’t recommend this in any situation.
