REVIEW L’Antica Pizzeria Margherita Spagliata Pesto Refreshing that despite it being a shmancier place, the pies aren’t frisbee sized. Flavor was lacking a bit, but most disappointingly did not fuse together. Very little harmony. I’m fine with soft pizza, but this just felt somewhat lifeless. VERDICT: Not ktd approved.

I don’t let hype influence my reviews, but this place was HYPED up. I heard “best I ever had” and “best in LA” from two friends. They are no longer my friends. Jk But I imagine this is the type of pizza that New Yorkers think we’re talking about when we say we have something special going on here.

Yeah they look a bit under done and not that they needed more time but that the oven wasn't hot enough for true Neapolitan style. The cheese looks BARELY melted on both esp the right. The pesto based one looked incredibly mis or less because all those wet toppings , that pizza didn't ever have a chance to crisp up. IMO blaze pizza (fast food) might have been a better choice 😅 at least then it's cooked 🥲

Thank you for your review of L’Antica Pizzeria. It's good to know that the portion sizes were reasonable, but it's disappointing to hear that the flavors didn't come together well and lacked harmony. It's understandable that a soft pizza can be enjoyable, but it's a shame that this one felt lifeless to you. Your honesty is appreciated, and it's clear that this particular dish is not to your taste. Thank you for sharing your experience.
