who has an oura ring? I recently got a new one (mine broke in July) and my readiness score has been under 70 all week? Today it’s 55. It says take it easy so I don’t workout and then I feel more lethargic from not working out! Any advice? For the record I’m sober, get 8 hours of sleep every day and eat healthy.

What’s your sleep score and what are the factors hurting your score? It might also just be the new ring calibrating. When I got a new one I had a week or two of bad scores

In addition to new ring calibration, the thing that impacts my readiness score the most is how close to bedtime I eat or drink anything with calories — ie, whether my system is still in digestion mode when I go to sleep.
