is this a sign??? an insole brand randomly dmd me this on insta yesterday i haven’t posted on there in months and only you guys know about my current situation at first i didn’t think it was legit but then saw i usain bolt on their page he is a shareholder in the company apparently and used insoles to prevent injury so maybe they will change my life and get me to the olympics anyway i will keep you posted has anyone heard of this brand or tried insoles before?

I'm pretty sure Usain has twisted, damaged and deformed feet that I've seen photos of. Not sure if I would take shoe or insole advice from him. Or maybe he used them AFTER the damage to his feet (likely from those pointy shoes he's holding there). I recommend NOT wearing pointy shoes like that. I'm biased though as I am in the minimalist shoe "cult." LOL So I have a very non-mainstream belief about shoes and feet.

athletics spikes are AWFUL footwear with little support especially in sprinting but we have to wear them to compete so anything that makes them more comfortable could be helpful it says he worked with them in 2015 which is quite far into his career so i think its after whats appealing to me is the shock absorbing as triple jump is so so high impact so anything to soften that could be good i will give it a try and see and i appreciate you sharing your thoughts and looking our for me
