Clickbait headline: The ultimate weight loss trick!! Lmfao In reality, the image on the left is me in May shortly after breaking my leg. If started losing some weight increasing my activity - I'd ridden 17 miles the day before my accident. The image on the right is me today, having lost a bunch of weight because I had a broken leg and couldn't get up and snack all the time 😂
