I’m reviewing my resolutions this year and one of them (besides building my crypto portfolio that’ll go to the moon 😁) was learning to enjoy cooking I’ve always cooked well, but it used to drain me because deep down, I felt trapped by the endless cycle of eating and cooking Let’s be honest, someone in the family has to enjoy it, or you end up living off pizza deliveries. You can know everything about the connection between food and health, but without cooking, it’s just theory Now, a year later, I can say that learning to love this process is possible. What really helped me: - Finding recipes with '30 minutes or less' in the title - Doing a 6-week challenge where I made a new dish every single day - Bookmarking casts with recipes - Upgrading my kitchen tools, especially knives - they are such a game changer! Next year, I want to optimize the process and try more complex dishes. But for now, I finally feel like I’m in the right direction (the same wish for my crypto activities)

I love cooking once I start the process, but in general it's really draining and time-consuming to me. I have 0 ability of fast cooking. What my husband cooks in 20 min, I'll do in 1 hour 😅

That bell pepper is so cute 😊 Hope both the resolutions go well! I usually get burned out by cooking when I have to cook the same stuff over and over, cause I don't have the energy and mental capacity to try something new. But what really gives me the boost is when someone gives me an ingredient I wouldn't think to buy myself, then I feel that inspiration again 😊
