turning 30 this in like a week what advice can you give besides the obvious ibuprofen in the evening?

idk if it already hit, but the hangover thing is fucking real. i heard “oh this isn’t the same after 21, 25, 30, etc…” all of that was a lie, except one: day i turned 30, the hangovers were so fucking bad i literally cut drinking by 95%. i drink maybe twice a YEAR.

everything else is dope tho. it’s your 20s again, with hopefully, more money, or experience, or wisdom, whatever you invested in during your 20s, you reap now. best of luck g.
