- gov burnout

basically, can we use code and adjacent skills to improve any of it

yeah i was thinking its like a friends retreat somewhere, we just all bring computers and expect to spend a fair amount of time in front of them

but probably also want to give room to either skiing, hikes, or beach

I would add in sub categories 

- locked / unused votes (quorum -> $⌐◨-◨ scaling) 
- better feedback for proposers 
- better organized support for proposers once passed. 

Idea- 💡 
A methodical way to support true builders through grants for tokens (many tokens seem like more than vaporware) cc @toadyhawk.eth im sure between duna and time locks we could make this compliant … somehow.
