Thoughts on 1 month 10 at 30. 2nd Month pick top 5 at 50. And the final select top 2 more for 100 So 10 first month. 5 second month. 2 third month into escape velocity. Others don’t have to stop. Just this path. Worry 30k ends up being to small. Depending on goals I guess.

Not sure I understand "Goal of program to pass onchain prop", but all else makes sense. Checkins or demo days make a lot of sense and are usually the go-to mechanic even in "agile" practices.
