Ignoring feelings – Everyone's feelings are valid, no matter how small they seem. Acknowledge your emotions and allow yourself to feel them. It’s okay to cry or express pain. Overworking – Especially in diverse, global spaces, it’s easy to overwork due to time zone differences. Know when to stop and take breaks. Remember, “Not trading” is also trading.

Comparison – Many people, possibly including you, compare achievements without realizing they might already be in a better position than others. Use comparison as motivation, not a way to diminish yourself. "Comparison is the thief of joy." Overthinking – Overthinking doesn’t solve problems; it often leads to inaction. This can hurt your productivity and mental well-being. Lack of sleep – While working late might feel productive, not getting enough rest affects your brain’s ability to perform at its best.
