For anyone experiencing 4, don't beat yourself up. Water weight, carb intake, salt intake, and emotional state can all factor in here. For the ladies, the monthly cycle can also impact a lot here. Give yourself grace, remember that keeping your mental consistent is key to long term success.

This is true! Don’t ignore 1 & 3 people, if this happens you have to be careful not to injure yourself further. Lower back injuries can be very annoying to recover from.
