GYM FACTS: 1) Your lower back will hurt a lot at some point 2) When you do legs, you'll feel nauseous 3) Your shoulders will start to hurt over time 4) Some days you'll feel like a giant and other days like an undernourished child

This is true! Don’t ignore 1 & 3 people, if this happens you have to be careful not to injure yourself further. Lower back injuries can be very annoying to recover from.
