๐ My Most Hated Weekly Workout: 1. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 2. 30 push-ups 3. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 4. 20 pull-ups 5. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 6. 20 dips 7. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 8. 150 mountain climbers ^ Zero breaks. I dread this one w my whole being but feel awesome after.

I have a similar weekly workout and so I do feel the dread of having to do it on the daily. I do, however, also share the feeling of accomplishment and glory after the workout. Love hate relationship ๐
