I appreciate: 1. time: I read an article that says when someone is angry and you did your best to help the person, give the person some time, few minutes, hours or even days before checking in again. I think same applies to myself when I am feeling angry, I should give myself some time before respond so that I can handle the situation calmly and effectively. 2. science: it constantly challenges our understanding, inspiring innovation to improve the world around us. 3. the new year vibes: it is heartwarming to see people greeting each other with smiles at work, in the neighborhood and elsewhere.

This is something a lot of people have a tough time understanding, myself included. Just makes you think about taking more time to sort through your emotions and feelings and seeing the perspective of the other side. 220 $degen

I think taking the time to pause is worth it, I often fail to do that when quick reactions are needed. More trainings required ๐ Ty for the degen ๐
