Should you comment on a cast that shows up in your home feed? ➔ Do you follow each other? -Yes ➔ Comment away (you can’t get a spam label commenting on mutual follow’s casts) - No ➔ Next Question ➔ Is the cast in a channel? - Yes ➔ Comment Away (you can’t get a spam label commenting inside or channels) - No ➔ Just like and move on* *if the caster consistently engages with most comments on their casts, comment once and see how it goes…if they don’t like or comment back, stop interacting with them or you could get a spam label ➔ Do you have something meaningful, funny, or supportive to say? - Yes ➔ Go for it! - No ➔ Just like and move on. ➔ Is your comment kind and respectful? - Yes ➔ Go for it! - No ➔ Stop. This makes a lot of sense honestly. Having a simple flowchart like this would help so many people new to Farcaster figure out how to not get accidentally flagged. This should be one of the onboarding processes. Thank you for this piece.
