thinking through all possibilities and how to keep things interesting for folks. one hackathon every week is exhausting -both from an organization standpoint-, and on a developer POV

how would you do this? how does $hackathon win?

First thing is we need to generate more fees for the prize pool. 

I am thinking of setting up Lp incentives for people to participate and encourage more trading activity

but where do those incentives come from? 

and is the prize pool the core thing? what if there is something culturally more powerful than the prize pool?

The thing most culturally powerful is the submissions! But as demonstrated in week 1, the prize pool strings it together
