Yeah I guess you can still consider it an EOA, but I'm pretty sure the signature trick is what Martin was referring to

The account is owned by a key that nobody knows. Does "owned" mean by a user or a key pair? If I send many txs with a key and lose it in a boating accident, is it no longer an EOA? Yay semantics
