Gm Martin , I have never run or executed a validator, some advice for beginners?

Still the biggest issue for me is VPN setup non-trivial (I gave up) which leads to travel anxiety if you are gone for long periods of time.

That there needs to be additional incentives to run a validator otherwise the LST protocols will inevitably control all of the stake.

* Most hard drives aren't up to the task, and its kind of hard to know ahead of time. 
* I need better linux sysadmin skills.
* Document ~everything~ you do.

How to get from BLS to setting the eth1 withdrawal address (especially with the gnosis validators and slight differences in tools ;)

- downtime is no biggie
- key management is non-trivial
- SSD & CPU temperatures impact hardware longevity
- docker networking & volume paths be like🤯
