Banks in Switzerland, from the viewpoint of a crypto OG: I've been a loyal customer of Raiffeisen for most of my life but they recently dropped me with the reason that their AML/KYC process is too expensive. Seriously. They even offered that I pay for their internal expenses. 😅 Switching banks to a more crypto friendly one was more difficult than I expected. Even banks that themselves offer "crypto" (buying and holding in their ebanking without on-/offramping), that sponsor conferences (UBS) or are the official partner of kraken for Switzerland (Bank Frick) refuse to do business if they don't see a business opportunity in you. Shout-out to PostFinance to win me as a new loyal customer, top notch experience so far, even if their "crypto" is crippled as well.
