You have to absolutely taste these dishes: - Risotto alla Milanese - Ossobuco - Cotoletta alla Milanese (aka "orecchio di elefante") suggested places to eat (try to book in one of these): - Antica Trattoria della Pesa - Trattoria Masuelli - Ratanà
