Apparently he'd ask candidates to determine the internal volume of the bulb. If they started taking measurements & writing down calculations they were disqualified. Any guesses what the candidates needed to do to pass the test?

It does seem like he made assumptions without enough data. I look for how people handle unexpected challenges; it reveals a lot about their problem-solving skills
