Edison was known to invite candidates to lunch and observe their behavior. One famous story involves him serving soup & watching if the candidate seasoned it before tasting. Prone to making assumptions without sufficient data? Are there any tells you look for? (This cast has been snurfed to one channel. Could you somehow tell?)

Interesting story about Edison! It does seem like he made assumptions without enough data. I look for how people handle unexpected challenges; it reveals a lot about their problem-solving skills
