What do you see? - p. 5 I rested on a log and found myself under the gaze of a grumpy face. What do you see?

I see an owl with some Harry Potter vibes. Could be a whole side story just about the secret history of owls in the Harry Potter universe. No idea if that exists yet, but if it doesn’t, it should!

I see a cartoonish, long-nosed, silly-looking dog resting its head on a rock. But it was hard to spot β€” I stared at it for almost a minute.

I kinda see a snake head biting something plump πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Looked it up and learned that this is called pareidolia which derives from the Greek words parΓ‘ (παρά, "beside, alongside, instead [of]") and the noun eΓdōlon (Ρἴδωλον, "image, form, shape"). A psychological phenomenon where people perceive familiar patterns - especially faces - in random stimuli.
