I’m reviewing my resolutions this year and one of them (besides building my crypto portfolio that’ll go to the moon 😁) was learning to enjoy cooking
I’ve always cooked well, but it used to drain me because deep down, I felt trapped by the endless cycle of eating and cooking
Let’s be honest, someone in the family has to enjoy it, or you end up living off pizza deliveries. You can know everything about the connection between food and health, but without cooking, it’s just theory
Now, a year later, I can say that learning to love this process is possible. What really helped me:
- Finding recipes with '30 minutes or less' in the title
- Doing a 6-week challenge where I made a new dish every single day
- Bookmarking casts with recipes
- Upgrading my kitchen tools, especially knives - they are such a game changer!
Next year, I want to optimize the process and try more complex dishes. But for now, I finally feel like I’m in the right direction
