It's fire cider, a vinegar infusion that's great for winter immune system support. Also includes garlic, ginger and other strong spices. 

The closest guess was from @klusya. Goes well as salad dressing, and I like to add a spoonful to my tea. Interesting idea from @entter to put in sangria🍹
