I remember seeing a discussion about scapes somewhere on FC a long time ago, about how great it is to cook them. But since I don't have a garden (and my neighbours don't grow garlic either) it has been my long time wish to try them 😅

I get mine from the grocery store :) They have a very limited season when they are in stock though (usually early summer) 🧄 I think farmers markets might also be a good place to look for them
