Oh, now I get it, so in sukiyaki the broth is substituted with a mixture of sauces! Thanks for the explanation 💚 300 $DEGEN

So shabu shabu is done with broths typically meat or chicken stock,they have with soy milk as well. 

Sukiyaki is cooking the vegetables and meat with the sweet sauce(soy sauce,mirin,sugar) and then you dip them in the raw egg. So the tastes are very different.

it’s that it’s not a big difference, but i’m just emotionally attached to sukiyaki 😂
