Dog photo of the month - March '25 1. Lada being nosey. For some reason most of the doors in our house can't be properly closed and it's a feature much appreciated by the dogs 😅 2. Neighbour's dog which we're dog sitting. She's a little adorable rascal, always getting into trouble and coming out unscathed, but this time something went wrong. At first she just got a bit sluggish. I thought it was something she ate, but the medicine I gave to her didn't help. Then she started refusing food, and on the third day of this behaviour she became so weak she couldn't walk 😱 We drove her to the vet and they told us she's very anemic and needs a blood transfusion immediately 😰 The 1,5 hour drive to that second clinic was torture, she was barely holding on... Thank goodness the transfusion helped immensely, although we still don't really know what caused that severe anemia. We made sure it wasn't a tick, according to the vet it could have been some weird poisoning. Anyway, she's all better now 🙏🥹

wish her quickly recover completely. it’s so difficult when they are not well, specially as they can’t tell anything 💜

Thank you dear! Absolutely, the scariest part was that her condition didn't seem that serious at first, but at least we made it in time 😬
