Pumpkin cinnabons π These are so cozy and indulgent! The recipe might seem daunting, but if you try it at least once you'll want to do it again π dough: - milk - 80 ml - butter - 70 gr (melted, warm) - pumpkin puree - 100 ml (store bought or made from boiled pumpkin) - sugar - 2 tbsp - salt - 1/2 tsp - spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon - 1/2 tsp each - 1 egg - instant yeast - 2 tsp (make sure it's not expired!) - flour - 330-400 gr filling: - butter - 100 gr - sugar - 100 gr (warm or room temp) - cinnamon - 2 tbsp - pumpkin puree - 2 tbsp (optional) 1. Mix the dough ingredients in the bowl in the same order as listed above. Add the flour in parts, until the dough is no longer sticky. Knead it by hand for 8-10 mins (it's quite meditative!) 2. Leave the dough in a warm place for ~1 hour, it should rise and double in size. Meanwhile make the filling by mixing its ingredients. Continued in the replies β¬οΈ

3. Roll the dough into a 0.5-1 cm thick rectangle. Spread the filling evenly. Take one of the longer sides and start making a roll (it might be leaking the filling a bit, it's fine). Cut the roll into 9 even pieces, thus making the buns. 4. Place the buns onto a baking dish, leave space between them. Bake for 15-20 mins on 180Β°, until they're golden brown on top. 5. For ultimate indulgency cover the buns with icing: - cream cheese - 100 gr - cream - 100 ml - powdered sugar - to taste Enjoy!
