Need some tips on confrontation anxiety. I've been dreading a difficult talk I might have soon, and the anxiety just made me procrastinate all evening π There have to be ways to work with it, right? I usually fight anxiety by finding a solution to the problem, but this time I don't see a problem to solve.

Doing hard things has always been my North Star. When youβre on the other side youβll be a better person and stronger as a result. While not easy it is the greater way. On a practical note, breathe work and meditation has always helped me. Learning to let go is critical.
