Was doing yoga today and while I was lying on the floor I looked at the window and was blown away at how stark, beautiful and fresh everything looked. 

Is this really my life?

I enjoy swimming in the ocean with whales

I love it! I have a 15 minute set I try to do every day as morning exercise, which doesn't require a yoga mat, and a 25 min one that does. They don't feel too overwhelming 💜

Yoga is a super useful thing. It’s a pity that I can rarely force myself to do it. How good it is after her. You’re good at what you’re doing.

My friend and I were discussing different views out of the window a dwelling can have, and I'm with you on trees! Don't know what it is about that brings such comfort

It's probably the thing I love most about where I live is there are so many trees. Even when I'm not necessarily in nature I can feel it and see it so clearly
