How do you prove experience? Of course can sign a message providing they own an address, but any other ways to verify beyond on chain experience?

First thought was parse from LinkedIn but zk style so no one knows the original LinkedIn account. But then I realized it would be very easy to search LinkedIn for the person with the same job as this anon, and reveal their identity. So how do you protect against that?

I don't, this is a challenging problem :( Non-anonymous users risk social capital if they lie, and reference checks can help. For anonymous users, unsure of what the solution is here cc @jc if you have any ideas
