A student is researching workplace abuse. Difficult to guide as she's experienced it (she's +40y). One of the learnings is that's heard to pinpoint (& it's not illegal to be a jerk). If you can't pinpoint it = ppl don't speak up. A list of stuff that your boss/peer shouldn't do. Plz add - yell - throw objects at you

9-5 is so yesterday and it’s exactly the kind of arrangement that makes the abuser. In that environment only sociopaths can survive. I want people to be their own bosses. Web3 can offer the possibility.

I give exceptions to startups and companies with high creativity. Any place that allows people to have ambition and not just a mindless drone.

And by ambition I mean humanly pursuit. SpaceX a low hanging fruit as an example.
