I want to “build in public” but do people really want to see screenshots of code? How do you build in public?

Honestly the vast majority of building in public comes down to devlogs and screenshots. Can always open source your code but 99.9% of people aren't going to be too interested in reading it. Personally I think sporadic devlog summaries (i.e: medium articles) coupled with screenshots/vids work great.

Good idea, but I suffer over writing articles and know I would never find the time. I’m thinking of trying maybe short 60 second screen captures of interesting workflows/tools/packages/techniques. What do you think?

Yeah, I hear you there - personally I enjoy writing, but on the downside it can often wind up too verbose or too technical to be digestible by the audience it's intended for. Short screen captures (especially micro-sized ala 5 seconds showing off one feature) are incredible for it imo! 50 $degen
