Does anyone know of a simple NFT escrow contract on main net? This shouldn’t be hard right? I send it an NFT with a desired price from a particular user, if the user sends the money to me via the contract the nft goes to them. Why can’t I find a trustworthy looking dapp that does this one simple thing?

Can't you reserve an NFT for a particular address and price on OpenSea?

Almost all Auctions are using escrow, so I would look into simple Auction contracts for reference

Yo! I can’t help with the problem directly. But it made me think of an app idea. One that implements social verification of smart contracts and utilizes ENS. So you’ll be able to grab the smart contract address from the “spooky website” and plug it into a URL like https://socialverifier.xyz/0x. And you’ll be presented with upvotes/downvotes for the specific smart contract address. Alongside seeing who has upvoted it. So for instance you can see that “killjoy.eth” public endorsed this smart contract. “Social Verification”
