Blows my mind when I've given user feedback to founders that act as if they're doing me a service by even listening to me and then push back on it. Thankfully only encountered this a few times

that's not how you build the connection with a person

I do answer feedback as well, but I think it's about how they are explaining it so it won't make the person who is helping feeling that it's not being accepted

i wasn't perfect there as well, but when a person asked for feedback and did not accept it properly < random feedback
