skeptics love these 'debunk' style questions 
but they're almost always asking the wrong question:

>why does it need a token/chain?
- it's not a 'need' question
- *can* it have a token/chain?

>why can't agents use stripe API over crypto?
- it's not a 'can' question
- *would* they use stripe over crypto?

the point wasn't about the examples. although i feel strongly about those and happy to debate them. 

the point was that most of intellectual frustration stems from asking the wrong question which comes off as skepticism but is just midcurvery

whole point of agents is autonomy and speed

stripe api doesn't really make sense as the ceiling on autonomy is a single party blocking you, then a human has to come and figure it out with stripe support

crypto = full autonomy

if you dont have a need specific to what blockchain provides then it is like 1000x worse than the alternatives.

May be the same reason the skeptic had MySpace Account, then Facebook account, then Instagram Account and then Youtube Account.
