Outside of custom keyboards, I think this is the best keyb ever created. Pity they stopped producing them like in 2012. I have 2.

I type without looking at the keyboard. I actually text russian most of the time and totally fine, despite the fact I have american layout on my macbook. Once i rented a hotel room in France and it had the same keyboard (like in your picture) in the lobby, and never noticed it was different.
