I previously had the misconception of deadlifting mostly as something guys are into but they're now my favorite form of exercise and I only wish I could do it more frequently in a week. Made my back pain go away and entire body feel better plus so fun having personal progression!

Deadlifting is an amazing exercise for anyone, not just guys. It helped me overcome back pain, improve my overall fitness, and I love seeing my progress
