What an insane story. Glad he's okay. I'm a road cyclist starting to get into gravel and mountain biking side of things in very mountain lion-y wooded areas. This is basically my primal fear. Family tells me to take bear spray but I'm stubborn. Might start now though after reading that.

Made me think of that video from a few years back of the guy that was being stalked by the mountain lion on some trail in Utah. Crazy stuff. Glad he made it out of there in one piece.
