It's now been over 2 years and 3 months that arfy's quit smoking ciggies. Haven't had a single one since I quit cold turkey, and haven't really wanted one tbh. But I do think I've replaced one habit with another, as I'm constantly intaking nicotine via my e-cigarette throughout the day. At least my house no longer stinks of smoke, and there's no combustion involved. Anyone else in this situation?

Good job Arfy! I never was a habitual smoker but just a drunk casual so I didn’t have to fight that need, but I do know the feeling of trading one addiction for another lmao
